Feroze Waheed assumed the role of Premiere Credit President and CEO in 2015. With nearly 40 years of experience in corporate finance, operations, information technology and accounting, Mr. Waheed leads by example and spearheads a culture where ethics, integrity and compliance are cornerstones of the company.
Previously, Mr. Waheed served as Premiere Credit’s Chief Financial Officer. He’s also an expert in financing and building companies with a consistent track record of successful IPOs (initial public offerings).
In 2004, Mr. Waheed founded Astra Business Services Inc., a collection agency serving the healthcare, credit card, telecom and direct marketing industries.
Bernard Zeng is the Senior Vice President at Premiere Credit. Barney has over 35 years of experience leading international and domestic financial services businesses.

Barney transitions people into entrepreneurial management teams delivering new concepts and innovative solutions.
Prior to joining Premiere Credit Barney led sales and collection operations at Transworld Systems for 13 years and spent over 20 years prior to that with the Thomas Cook Group working out of offices in the US, Canada and the United Kingdom.
Steven Sturgeon is the Vice President of Operations at Premiere Credit and brings over 20 years of experience in the accounts receivable management industry. Fifteen of those 20 years, were spent providing collections and default management services to clients in the student loans segment of the industry. His clients have included the U.S. Department of Education, all the major student loan guarantors, and several local and state government agencies.
Throughout his career, he has provided dramatic competitive performance improvements utilizing technology, and quality assurance and benchmarking programs. He possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of the collection and recovery process. He has created and implemented processes and account workflows to optimize performance, improve quality and compliance, enhance recoveries and increase focus on clients’ goals.
Prior to joining Premiere Credit, Steve spent 5 years at Van Ru Credit Corporation, as General Manager of Operations, where he managed companywide operations located in Illinois and Florida, and 6 years at General Revenue Corporation as Director of Recovery Operations.
Milton Cuevas is the Vice President of Government Division at Premiere Credit bringing nearly 20 years of executive leadership and experience across a multitude of industries to the company.
Prior to entering the accounts receivable management industry Milt served as the Deputy Commissioner of Collections at the Indiana Department of Revenue. During his time with the department he successfully reorganized the collection operation and increased delinquent tax collections by over 80% annually. Central to his success was integrating the third-party collection function with internal collection operations in order to create a more consistent collection process. Over a four year period third-party collections increased from $35 million annually to $97 million annually.
Prior to his joining the ARM industry, Milt served in several leadership roles in the chemical industry, including seven years at ICOR International, Inc., initially as its Chief Financial Officer and subsequently as its Chief Operating Officer.
