

David Hoeft, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer
"If you want something badly enough, you always find a way," has been a guiding life and business principle of David Hoeft. As CEO he provides vision, financial and strategic planning to ensure continued profitable growth.
David is a seasoned entrepreneur, having launched several other successful businesses, including a home healthcare and medical staffing agency. Under his leadership, the agency grew to 150 employees with annual gross revenues exceeding $3 million. Other successful business ventures include the creation of a property management firm with a $4.2 million portfolio and a company specializing in fractional ownership of aircraft with clients nationwide.
David's volunteer work includes serving as a past board member and fund-raiser for a local, inner-city youth ministry. He has volunteered his time as leader and member of "The Advisory Group" – an organization of CEOs and business owners. He serves on the education committee for Creditors International.
He has received a commendation from the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce for his volunteer work with its marketing and membership retention committee. He is also an Indianapolis Business Journal "40 Under 40." This prestigious list annually recognizes people in the Indianapolis community who contribute toward future business growth or philanthropic betterment of the city.
Premiere Credit’s growth has been rapidly fueled by the leadership of David and co-founder Todd Wolfe, so much in fact that Premiere Credit was named to the 2004 Inc. 500's "Fastest Growing Private Companies in America" list. It ranked 55th out of 500 companies nationwide and first among the seven Indiana companies. Other corporate awards and recognitions include: 2003 & 2004 Growth 100 Award, Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation; 2003 & 2004 Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist, Ernst & Young; and 2003 & 2004 Fastest Growing Companies, Indianapolis Business Journal.
David strongly believes that money management skills must begin at the elementary school level and is nearing completion of "Money Management for Kids" – a self-authored program that will help youngsters understand the actual cost of items, income, expenses, saving, investing and borrowing. Premiere Credit plans to partner with an area elementary school to provide the program free of charge.
David holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. He holds ACE (Associate Credit Executive) certification from the Society of Certified Credit Executives.
