Todd Wolfe, Co-founder, President & Chief Operating Officer

Todd provides leadership for the day-to-day operations of Premiere Credit and oversees strategies that empower employees to think and earn as entrepreneurs. He strongly believes in fostering a corporate culture that coaches employees to perform their best each day. "Regardless of what setbacks life may present, failure is a choice," he says. Todd's vision and number one customer service goal is for Premiere Credit to deliver value and services to its clients before they even know their needs.

Todd has extensive debt collection experience and has twice been named "National Collector of the Year," a distinction he earned in competition with approximately 800 collectors. He has managed portfolios valued over $500 million. Despite remarkably high recovery rates, Todd has never been cited for any Fair Debt Collection Practices Act violations.

He is also an Indianapolis Business Journal "40 Under 40." This prestigious list annually recognizes people in the Indianapolis community who contribute toward future business growth or philanthropic betterment of the city.

Premiere Credit’s growth has been rapidly fueled by the leadership of Todd and co-founder David Hoeft, so much in fact that Premiere Credit was named to the 2004 Inc. 500’s "Fastest Growing Private Companies in America" list. It ranked 55th out of 500 companies nationwide and first among the seven Indiana companies. Other corporate awards and recognitions include: 2003 & 2004 Growth 100 Award, Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation; 2003 & 2004 Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist, Ernst & Young; and 2003 & 2004 Fastest Growing Companies, Indianapolis Business Journal.

The dedication he puts into his business is also mirrored in his personal commitment to children. Todd volunteers time as a parent advocate, lobbying legislators, local businesses and community members to join together to support state legislation benefiting children.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. He is certified as an ACE (Associate Credit Executive), MCE (Master Credit Executive) and CCAE (Certified Collections Agency Executive) from the Society of Certified Credit Executives and PPMS (Professional Practices Management System) from the American Collectors Association.
