Premiere Credit's employer commitment is three fold. New employees who join our collection team take part in a two-part training program that is top of its class in the industry. Part one is a two week training class utilizing state of the art technology; while the second part involves real world practical training which includes conducting live calls with a trained collector at your side.
Collectors receive a guaranteed base salary plus commissions based on debt recovery results, allowing them to share in the financial rewards of their efforts. This benefits the employee and ultimately serves the client. Directors and managers have commission incentives tied to the revenue of their divisions. This management incentive emphasizes the importance of individual as well as team performance.
Full health, dental, vision and life benefits are provided to the employee with the marjority of the cost covered by Premiere Credit. Dependent coverage can be elected for health, dental and vision. Employees’ 401K pre-tax contributions are matched up to a certain percentage. Flex hours are offered to accommodate the needs of working families.
We award restaurant gift certificates each month to top-performing employees in each division. We award "Collector of the Month" recognition certificates for good attendance, generating revenue, call volume, "promise to pay" amounts and other contributions or efforts. High-performing teams are rewarded with free tickets to sporting events such as the Indiana Pacers and Indianapolis Colts.
Premiere Credit provides employees with the opportunity to attend self-development seminars, motivational workshops and industry-related conferences free of charge. Employees may participate in a formal, in-house Mentor Program to further hone their collection skills. Training is ongoing to keep abreast of trends in debt collection and to respond to the unique needs of specific clients.
Premiere Credit’s 40,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters is located in Indianapolis and includes an employee gym and aerobics room, shower and lockers, and a comfortable break room and kitchen area. Our headquarters sit on a seven-acre, beautifully landscaped campus with retention ponds and fountains. Premiere Credit’s main lobby is home to a variety of sharks, eels, stingrays and tropical fish, housed in a 3,800-gallon saltwater aquarium.
