Diversity:
Previous accounts receivable management experience is helpful, but not required; however you must be comfortable using advanced technological tools that are managed by computers. Premiere Credit is looking for experienced collectors as well as employees from diverse backgrounds with transferable skills. This brings value to our company and allows us to tap into “best practices” from a broad range of industries.
Training:
Our comprehensive training program begins in a classroom environment where new employees learn how to use the equipment, software and other resources needed to be successful at Premiere Credit. You will learn about the many state and federal laws and regulations governing asset recovery that must be followed each day. As a company we are committed to a culture of compliance!
Compensation:
As an accounts receivable management associate you will receive a guaranteed base salary plus commissions based on achieving set goals and benchmarks. Directors and managers have commission incentives tied to the revenue of their divisions, which recognizes and rewards individual as well as team performance. We also have non-commission, administrative support positions.

Premiere Credit offers excellent benefit packages that may include health, dental, and vision care, life insurance, 401(K) with company match, short term disability insurance, and a flexible spending account. Specific benefits are determined by each position.
Incentives:
Premiere Credit provides daily, weekly, and monthly results-based incentives along with salary and other traditional benefits. High performing associates and teams are rewarded with tickets to sporting events, home electronics, vacations, and other incentives.

Offices:
Premiere Credit has two offices located minutes from downtown Indianapolis. Our corporate headquarters is located on a beautiful seven acre campus and includes an employee gym, break room with LCD televisions, telephones, and a kitchen area.
